Old Bridge to Chatham - South of Springfield 


This is the old pavement as it turns off CR5.5 {Woodside Road}. This is facing mostly south.
This is maybe a half mile down the road. View here is to the north. It looks like they practice making road stripes down here.
Here is the "Road Crew" {Bob, Kent, Mary Sue, Peggy and Kathy} for this trip, leaning against the west side of the bridge. Deck was brick before they black topped it. I think this is across Lick Creek.
View to the south. Big ugly pipe is probably the only reason this bridge survives. Lots of people come down here to fish.
Out beyond the bridge the pavement stops, but it's easy to see where it was. You can see traffic on Route 4 from here.
I always have to take a picture of the "State" right of way markers...
